Robichaux Ford was the best from the minute we walked in

Best Ford Dealership ever...

Best service department ever. Got my new transmission in quickly and replaced it even quicker. My Explorer drives like brand new.

Ford Explorer Routine Service at Robichaux Ford

Had a routine oil/filter change and tire rotation service then followed by tire purchase and replacement with wheel alignment a few days later. I have trusted Robichaux's service department for quality work in the preventative maintenance of my vehicle for over 7 years.

Showed up for appointment and was refused work

Made an appointment about 10 days ago for this morning. Needed mechanic to locate oil leak and estimate repairs. Also complete oil change service on my 1999 F350 dulley. When I arrived this morning, I was told that their diesel mechanic was very busy and could not get to my vehicle right away. I asked how long would it take? He told me 2 weeks! I asked him why would I make an appointment 10 days ago for service and be told that i would have to wait another 2weeks. You made the appointment with me to show up at 7:30am today for service on my vehicle. I do hope the manager gets my complaint. Thanks for making an appointment for me and not honoring it or even calling me to cancelling it.

The worst repair service I have ever received

Never, and I mean never bring your vehicle for service to this dealership! My vehicle came out running like a freaking jackhammer! When I question them about it after spending $3,000 and my truck running worse than it did when I brought it in, they suggested I just buy a new vehicle from them. They're shysters and scammers! The worst customer service I've ever had from a dealership! I ended up taking it to another dealership in Houma Louisiana and they couldn't believe the condition the engine was in when they got it. Every single spark plug was shot and the wires were fried! it was all damage due to the horrible service at Robichaux Ford and whatever they did or should I say didn't do. I urge you all to never bring your vehicle here for service, take it to anybody else!

Their service has a lot to be desired!

Spent $700 to get AC fixed on Friday and on Saturday the AC is not working They also did not even check the oil. I have another vehicle in the shop for a/c repair and I’m not even sure if I’m gonna let them fix that. Poor service.

Stop the Unwanted solicitation

I bought a very nice Mustang from the dealership in 2012. I sold it approx 18 months later. I am still receiving phone calls and mail to purchase an extended warranty. I have sent a letter to the Owner Raleigh Robichaux. I got no response. While I understand these offers do not come from the dealership. However, the motor company allows for these solicitations, or at least does nothing to stop the endless harassment of FORD owners. The dealers must get involved to protect the customer from this kind of harassment. I have heard nothing from the dealership, not even an explanation or apology! Buy from them, but change your phone number and email soon after to protect yourself. They are a good dealership, but this foolishness needs to stop!

truck would not start needed new key programmed

never again brought my truck in to have new key made and programmed $75. still only have 1 key that works the new key the old key no longer works but because I only had 1 key it cost me more to make a new one and program it. truck still did not start. paid $170 to "Trouble shoot" (find the problem)they had it 3 weeks was told new pacs ring which I just had replaced 1 week earlier had my receipt for it from robicheaux Ford where I purchased it at $49.75 they charged me another $80 for the same part again and truck still did not start. need new computer they said, $800 it still didnt start. then it was a wire going to pacs ring that shorted out computer. idk how much that wire cost me. but it started.. i paid $1370 i get in my truck and have a wire sticking out of stearing column by the gear shifter. I took a pic. it died out across the street then again at the red light on canal and st Mary and would not start! my husband was told to juggle the shifter to start it. bring it back at our expence another tow of $90 and was told we brought it in to get it started and it started... I brought it in for keys and program the keys....and $1370 $95 tow fee later truck still not running refuse to go back to Robicheax Ford ever again... DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE THERE YOUR BETTER OFF JUNKING IT AND BUYING A CHEVY! not satisfied very angry!!!! RIPPED OFF NOW BROKE NO TRUCK STILL. CANT GO BACK BECAUSE I WILL END UP IN JAIL AND THANKS TO ROBICHEAX FORD I DONT HAVE BAIL MONEY. SHADY WORK SHADY WORKERS. NEVER AGAIN.
