A++++ called for oil change and they were able to take my truck the same day. Prompt and excellent service. They checked everything to see if there were other problems they could fix. Very satisfied with service department and very polite tech.

I have never had a problem till this that time they picked up my car for an recall issue and they also provided an oil change when my car was dropped off it was horrible, I just paid for a detail service and after getting my car back they had shells and dirt all over the driver side, looked like someone changed my oil in a limestone yard. The wanted to pick up my vehicle on a day i was going out of town. They have not reached out still

Really hate to write a bad review. The pickup of my truck and delivery back to me was a great option. The truck went for oil change and tire rotation. Well the tire rotation was not done. When I called to ask why, I was told it was not on the work order. Ok that is fine. When the truck was brought back to me, I was told everything checked out fine. So then I brought the truck to someone else’s for the tires rotation. While doing the tire rotation was being done, the mechanic notified me of needing a rear brake job. I am no mechanic if Robichaux Ford mechanic would have done his job, he would have seen that. So their lost on a brake job.

They were very couteous and friendly in their dealings with me.... I was even given a loaner vehicle when my truck wasn't able to be repaired in a timely manner. I would recmmend them highly.
