Service used to be GREAT ... but y'all have fallen backwards. It is taking a long time to get my truck repairs. I buy from Robichaux for ONE REASON... your service department has been GREAT through the years. Lately (last 3 months) your Team has allowed delays. Maybe understaffing? Maybe leadership issue? Maybe prople just don's show up for work. I am a business owner and I deal with all these issues.

Very disappointed in my last visit. My car was left for 2 1/2 days but nothing could be found regarding my AC which doesn't always work. Also, I asked for an oil change and it was not done. When Darrell was told that the oil change was not done, he did not offer an apology or even check to see if it could be done on the spot. He just handed me my keys and said nothing. After bringing my car in for about 15 years, I will never step foot in there again. Lynn Landry

The service at your facility has always been great 5-star. But the last time - I brought my truck in because the tire proessure error popped up on my dashboard and I have an issue with the miles til empty. You kept my truck for about 3 days and no work was done on my truck. Now, I have to bring it back. Kinda frustrating. My phone was not riging when service called me - ????
