Great Buying Experience

The purchase experience of my 2015 F150 Latiat FX4 was a great experience. I first spoke with Boot back in March of 2015 that I would be in the market for a truck this year and wanted a 2015. What I like the best about the purchase was that Boot did not constantly call me pushing me to buy like other dealers did to me in the past. Dawn was also great with the paperwork. This is my 4th vehicle purchased at Robichaux Ford. Service is a major selling point. I live in Raceland and I get all my service done with Robichaux Ford and Jerry in service is great. I don't often request one but when I need a loaner while my vehicle gets serviced, I get one. 1st Vehicle = 2002 F150 SuperCrew 2nd Vehicle = 2007 F150 SuperCrew 3rd Current Vehicle = 2013 Expedition 4th Current Vehicle = 2015 F150 SuperCrew Thanks, Blake

Service Staff is Awesome

The service staff is always wonderful and as a result, I plan on always purchasing my vehicles at Robichaux. In a 10 year period, I purchased three new vehicles at Robichaux and plan on purchasing my next within 3 years. I continue to buy with Robichaux because of people like Geri and Eric in service. Always friendly, helpful, and most importantly, honest.

Excellent customer service

We purchased a 2014 Ford F150 XLT, new. We were very please with the service and the personal attention. The salesman was excellent. We actually went to another dealership first and left due to the attitude of the salesman. We were treated with respect at Robichaux Ford and will recommend them to our friends and family. It was also a very nice gesture to receive the mug and cookies thank you gift so quickly in the mail...nice touch!

2009 Mustang

I purchased a new 2009 Mustang and have had only the best experience with all phases of purchase and service requirements. The staff is very helpful and friendly and will do all they can to make the customer happy. I will only bring my car to Robichaux Ford because I feel confident that they will take very good care of my car.
