Worst Experiance Ever! Absolutly horrible!

Well plain and simple the SUV which I had made a deal on and was getting the money funded from an external institution, was sold out from under my nose! Without all the painful details and wasted time the timeline went like this: 1. Monday looked at a 2007 Ford Expedition with 44,000 miles - liked it but couldn't strike a deal at the dealership 2. Tuesday morning called the salesman - Alex Moreno and we agreed on a selling price 3. Alex sent PO, to me as I was using an outside institution to fund the sale. Better interest rate! 4. Institution sent approval letter on loan which I sent to salesman 5. In turn, I sent PO to Institution to in turn fund the money to dealership 6. 15 minutes later I received a text from Alex (salesman) to let me know the vehicle was sold to someone else and that they were in finance 7. I requested the Manager David to call me 8. Manager calls me and during the entire conversation he says I understand your frustration. He approved the other buyer, and completely lied to me. Told him I wanted to speak to his boss. he said he was on vacation. Typical car salesman, David Leskowitz 9. I inquired the next morning to speak to the main boss. I left message for Jim Janke which he passed on to Kirby Janke. who is the VP of sales. Guess he was not on vacation. He seemed sincere on the phone, but believe he was just trying to soften the blow from his inadequate used car salesman. 10. Needless to say, it was and is horrible business and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

Purchased F150 greate sales man David Bagby easy fast and got in and out. Service Dept. Service dept Bell Talgi has kindly secured my tailgate offered excelent help and service to get my truck out 110% satisfied thank you both great job
