Great services; quick and done right.
I purchased a Ford F-150 in Aug. 2015. I've been pleased with it. Rommel forgot his last name, sold it to me. He was great. I had the 5,000 mile service done. Drove in on a Saturday morning, dropped it off and picked it up in an hour and a half. The gentleman told me it wouLd take about that long. It was a good experience and reasonably priced! Thanks

No Communication...
Went in for oil change. Asked how long the wait was and was told 45-50min. I waited 1 hour and 40min. I don't mind the wait if I know what to prepare for, but that was way off. Was never given any updates while I waited. The service is always done correctly

Great service
I wish we could make appointments for oil changes. I have to drive in from Montgomery, which takes well over an hour. Sometimes I have to wait anywhere from 60-90 minutes before it's even my turn for service. Also, the handicapped stall in the ladies room has been unable to be locked for over two years! My wife has to stuff a wad of toilet paper between the door and the stall wall to keep it to stay closed. This is annoying. We have mentioned it every time we come in!

Vehicle Service
I keep a 2005 Ford F-150 as a beach vehicle. The truck has 199,000. miles and I have used Tommy Vaughn for service for several years and have never been disappointed, which says a lot. I grew up working in a garage for my father and I am without question both particular as well as knowledgeable when it come to vehicle repairs. I am particularly pleased with my service advisor, Bobby Harrell who plainly stated deals with me with candor and fairness. When I have work done on this old truck by Tommy Vaughn, even though it may cost thousands of dollars which is what it would cost anyplace else, I walk away knowing that I have been treated well.

Best people, service, expertise, facilities
Once again, it was time for a new car. So I called my friend David Bagby at Tommie Vaughn to start arranging for the new vehicle. He asked specific questions like which model/color/interior... I loved the car I just turned in and so I just asked for this year's model with everything the same. That was easy - adding navigation this time. David sent the credit app. I completed it and we had a deal. I showed up on Saturday morning. His assistant sat in the car with me and answered my questions. A few minutes later I was with Denny in Finance. A few minutes later I had time to hang out for a while and catch up with my friend, David. I could not go anywhere else - period. These are the most honest, experienced, friendly folks and their goal is to give you what you want/the best deal/in turnaround time. Service at Tommie Vaughn is exceptional as well. The showroom and lots are clean as a whistle. Work promised is always taken care of timely. I highly recommend anyone wanting a great car with great service to this best dealership anywhere nearby.
