We took our EV6 in for several recalls and for the

We took our EV6 in for several recalls and for the required service visit. The dealer did not reset the service indicator and didn't top off the wiper fluid despite the prominent warning alerts that it was low. The service interval reset failure is annoying and does raise the question as to whether all the recall work was done as well.

Brian was amazing!

Brian was amazing! Every Mazda service department, including Joe Myers, had no loaner car available. Brian was the only one to say he would be able to just look at it to see if it was a day thing or several day. In the end, it was more than a day and by chance a loaner car came in early!
