I leased a Mazda CX-90 and my experience was great. I had already had an appointment scheduled with Octavio and he was great. I never felt pushed or pressured, they were patient and professional, gave me a few different options and I ultimately got a very good deal. The entire process was very smooth and pleasant. I would 100% recommend Joe Myers Mazda

I can't recall what the name of the man who was helping
I can't recall what the name of the man who was helping me throughout the service, but he was really helpful. He had helped me before and every time he has been so nice and very attentive. He would update me for every thing that was being done and any additional stuff. He makes taking my car for service very easy and pleasant experience.

Dishonest management and immature financing dept. Typical high pressure sales with insincere follow up. Do not go in the box with finance manager .

I had a terrible experience with their finance manager
I had a terrible experience with their finance manager while purchasing a new car. He threw a tantrum when I didn’t want to hear his sales pitch. He even left the room to get his manager. It was so shocking, uncomfortable and awkward. I put this review up after my experience and Joe Meyers manager contacted me asking me to take it down in exchange for an oil change where I live. I agreed. It has now been several months and despite me reaching out multiple times, I have received nothing but the run around - which tells me all I need to know. Dishonest basic sales tactics. Follow your gut.

I have been here at this dealership on 3 separate
I have been here at this dealership on 3 separate occasions as a customer. I must say I have never left there less than satisfied. I am always treated with respect and kindness. On my 1st visit I assumed it was because they were just trying to make a sale. But even after I purchased my car I have been there twice for service and that same kindness has continued. Which has me convinced that this is just the kind of service they offer here and I absolutely love it there!
