I took my Ford Escape for an oil change. Due to unexpected delays the service time was longer than usual. My advisor Luis, told me before hand and arranged a Lyft ride home. Excellent customer service.

I just had to return my car b/c the toe was tighten too...

I just had to return my car b/c the toe was tighten too much which caused several issues. I can't prove it but I think after driving my car in that condition my rear tires were ruined. I had to go put two new tires on the rear. I'm so glad I caught this before driving to OKC. If my tires were in that conditions prior than I should have been told about it before leaving the dealership. I bring my vehicle to the dealership because I'm under the impression that I will receive better service. This last experience makes me wonder????? I must end by stating I was so glad to have Brad & Elaine listening to my concerns.
