More Truck, less money/zero time wasted. Great Job Alex M!

Had dealt with two other Ford Dealers in the last two weeks. Both were made aware of what I was looking for and the dollar amount I had to work with. After expressing this to each dealer, both came back with numbers above and beyond what I had stated as my maximum. I felt as though I wasn't a priority until I spoke with Alex Morales at Joe Myers. I found the truck I wanted online, submitted a request for information and Alex contacted me the following morning. There was no back and forth trying to find the best deal, Alex listened to me and put me in a truck with more options than I knew were even available in the F150. The best part, the truck was less than the trucks I was trying to get into at the other dealers and more options! I can't express how thankful I am to Alex Morales and Joe Myers Ford for taking care of me. Excellent Job! Thank You.

Everything went well when I came the service department. All staff there were efficient and seemed happy and ready to help. Chase was my service advisor. He did an excellent job in letting me know what my car needed, quoted prices and kept me informed regarding progress.
