After the first attempt at service, we walked out extremely unhappy not being accommodated. We just moved here from Florida and the first service advisor said our warrantee was not covered by that dealer when our vehicle was purchased directly from ford and we knew we had the maintenance warranty. After contacting our dealer in Florida, they personally called over to Joe Myers service and talked to Mir Alikhan. Our Florida dealer called us back and said head over there and ask for Mir. As soon as we got there a little hesitant because of the first experience earlier that day, Mir went above and beyond! We could not be happier with the final outcome! He made sure we did not come out of pocket and saw the maintenance warrantee and said he’d handle it no problem! We definitely have a new service advisor and HIGHLY recommend him. We will not be dealing with anyone else besides him!
