Like Buying A New Car from An Old Friend
Thomas Rancich was the perfect salesman to assist me in the purchase of my new 2018 Raptor. He knew a lot about the Raptor and was very easy going and laid back. It wasn't like your normal car deal, I felt like I was hanging out with one of my old friends. Thomas Rancich made this one of the smoothest and quickest car deals I've ever heard of or been a part of. Thomas Rancich is a great asset to Joe Myers Ford Lincoln and if you're in the market you should ask for him! Ryan Brinkmeier was great as usual too and I will be back again and again and again to see both of them!

Thomas Rancich is the bomb fo sho!
I called to schedule an appointment to come look @ a specific 2018 Explorer XLT. When I arrived, Thomas Rancich greeted me upfront in the parking lot with the vehicle freshly washed and sitting under covered parking, remote started, so that it was nice a cool for our demo/test drive. By far this was the easiest, least painful, most enjoyable car buying experience ever. Working with someone as professional, outgoing and funny as Thomas was refreshing and made it seem as if time were flying. He did have me in and out with a couple hours, very quick deal. Needless to say I'll be back and will be referring all my family and friends to Thomas Rancich @ Joe Myers Ford Lincoln.

My experience began with Thomas Rancich responding to my email request w/in 15 minutes. I was surprised at the quick response. This set the tone for the entire process. We texted several times to discuss my interest and he promptly sent information with quotes. He is professional and goes the extra distance to ensure the customer's satisfaction. He consistently did a status check during every step of the process by asking, "are you happy?" I recommend that you contact Thomas and making your Lincoln purchase at this dealership.
