Great Service

I bought my Ford F-250 a little over two years ago at Planet Ford in Spring Texas I really love my truck I had Toyota Tundra that I traded in even though I liked my Tundra it wouldn't pull the Travel Trailer that I had bought but my 250 pulls it like nothing else highly recommend Planet Ford

Justin, great people skills, very attentive, great positive personality, fast service. In and out pretty quickly. Had state inspection done, passed as it is a fairly new vehicle.

Great Service!!!

My Service Adviser at Quick Lane, David Lossow was absolutely the BEST!!! After 3 years of owning my vehicle, David explained to me that I have a maintenance package, and extended warranty. Whether I was told this upon purchase I have no clue. BUT I have had my vehicle serviced at either the dealership or Quick Lane for every oil change and rotation, NO ONE has ever told me that I did not need to be paying for oil changes, etc. (approximately $300). Next time I go back, I will make sure that David is there to assist me.

The staff was helpful, informative and made the transaction as smooth as possible. My only gripe was that I wasn’t told that the truck only had 1 key until after the sale was finished and that they couldn’t provide a second one. They also didn’t provide me with the keyless entry code (2016 F-15). I’ve contacted my sales rep a couple of times, but he has yet to get me the keyless entry code.

Planet ford on i45 spring is a friendly plesent place to buy a car. The after sales service is incredible. Planet ford is a place you can buy with confidence. If you are looking for a sales person call up and ask for Max Williams to meet you. He sold us our expedition and we can not thank him enough for his help.

Service

The waiting room was neat and clean. The wait time was fast. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and very polite. He explained exactly what service was needed at this time, and he went over what was done, and the cost. My overall experience was great. Would definitely the service department to family and friends.
