Planet Ford 45

I just bought a new F.150 from Planet Ford. My experience was awesome. Everybody from the lady at the reception desk to the service people were super nice and helpful. My salesman Clennon Preyear was on top of things. He helped me with all the details. This is my 3rd truck from Planet Ford and definitely will not be my last. Thanks for another great experience. The facilities look top shelf too!!

Traded in 2019 F250 had Death Wobble! Got shafted on price and finance charges! Service men lied about repairs and could not fix 2019! Family almost killed because of death wobble! Conroe dealerships refuses to work on it

I thought I was buying an Audi S7 6 days before end of the month. Was told I had to be present to physically sign the documents. (I suggested this wasn’t accurate because I’d never had to do that before when buying out of state.) I’m in Kansas and gave my salesman $4,000 to put down on the car while my lender sent remaining money next day. Following morning I got an email saying car was sold night before to a “walk in customer.” Needless to say I’m pretty unhappy, but of course what does the dealership care? “SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. We never ran your card Sir.” Maybe they treat their local clientele well, but if you are out of state, give your money to another dealership. Also they tried to double charge me for documentation fees etc. I was gonna just live with it not to lose the car. Little did I know it wouldn’t matter. RUN!!!!! D O NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I have been a Ford man all my life and I've never had a bad one. I was tempted only once and bought a Dodge Ram when they first came out. I was a very good truck, but I kept it for less than a year and went back to a Ford F-150. My Ranger will soon be a year old and I love it and hope to drive it many years. The people at Planet are the greatest and have always treated me well.

Service was excellent, all issues attended to and repaired. Service manager Crystal is AWESOME. Will definitely recommend her AND Planet Ford to my friends. Excellent job!
