Patient, focused on your needs and wants while all along working with your budget to get even more than you may have been expecting. An added bonus was no pressure. All of the focus was on us and finding the right car.

Trevor was my service manager.

Trevor was my service manager. They fixed a hanging trim piece on the roof of my G37 convertible quite nicely as well as addressing troublesome fuel cap issue. Highly recommend this dealership, particularly their service department!!

I purchase a vehicle directly through one of the sales

I purchase a vehicle directly through one of the sales representatives and this is the worst experience ever. I made the purchase end of February and beginning of March. I live in another state and received the vehicle on March 3rd. On inspection of the vehicle the car smelled so badly of smoke. The very next day I told them to come take back the car because of the horrible smell. It took them 9 days to pick up the car and her me it is 8 days later and I still didn’t receive didn’t receive a return of my money. They tried to take advantage of me due to being out of state and giving me excuses how people are out and that is the why I haven’t receive anything yet. This experience left such a bad taste for me that I won’t ever purchase another vehicle from Infiniti ever again.

Sold me a vehicle with 7 year old tires and a promise to

Sold me a vehicle with 7 year old tires and a promise to repair a rim but have yet to receive a returned phone call. Salesman told me tires are good for 15 years. Being that I purchased from another city I was told I needed to put down a refundable $500. When I got there I was told it was known refundable and added to my contract. Since then I had to purchase 4 new tires because chunks of rubber were flying off, Pay for a rim repair and a loss of $500 because of a lie. As a disabled Army veteran I have high standards and will never allow anyone to mistreat me. Or anyone else this is my review of Austin Infinity.

We understand that at first glance, the age of the tires may seem concerning. However, tire age refers to the year they were manufactured, not necessarily their condition. The tires on your vehicle measured at 8/32 tread depth, which is considered to be in like-new condition. We take the safety and satisfaction of each client very seriously, and we would never allow anyone to leave our lot with unsafe tires. As for the rim issue, we believe there may have been a miscommunication as to how you'd like the refund to be applied, and we would appreciate the opportunity to get this cleared up. My car needed a lot of work as it’s 14 years old and as always, Dave took very very good care of it and Jeremy the inspector was thorough. I love having the video and seeing what needed to be done and I loved how Dave worked with me on how to get these things done and what was absolutely necessary to get done now. Absolutely super dealership with kindness and understanding and sensitivity and thoroughness. We’re lucky to have them in Austin.
