I had the most wonderful experience at the body shop with Gerry Lane Chevrolet. The staff was very kind and the work was done in a reasonable time frame. They were prompt to keep me updated via text through every step. This is my family's second time going to this location for work after being side swiped. The first time was my husband's car and now mine. They did an excellent job on the body and paint work. It looks like it came right off the lot. They were able to match the pearl, sparkle-like effect on all the parts on our cars. They detailed and washed the car before I picked it up also, I would highly suggest taking them into consideration; they will give you the best experience from beginning to end.

I would not bring my truck back to the Gerry Lane on
I would not bring my truck back to the Gerry Lane on Airline. My truck is still having issues and I don't think they change parts on the truck. It was sitting for three weeks due to so call strike and out the blue its ready. Worst place ever and I still have to bring it back to another shop. Do not bring your vehicle to Gerry Lane on Airline.

Horrible experience they sold me a used 2016 Cadillac
Horrible experience they sold me a used 2016 Cadillac that they knew needed a transmission. Horrible communication and inexperienced service technician. They order rotors & brakes but the car needed a transmission. Lazy service technician who DO NOT want to do the job that needs to be done. I only had the car for a couple days before I discovered it was not running properly and they gave me the run around until they received payment from my finance company.THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN LIFE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERS WHO ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES AND NOT THE CUSTOMER. I’M SURE THEY WOULD NOT SELL THESE LEMON TO THERE MOM NOR FAMILY. Daquayla Webb was my car sells person who texted me calling me xxxxxxx acting like she was talking about her other customer. I should have walked out after she took my money then requested MORE money before they released the car. VERY HORRIBLE CAR EXPERIENCE. UNRELIABLE CAR DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER. RUN AWAY BEFORE YOU END UP LIKE ME NOT EVEN 30 days and the car been at the service department more than I drove the vehicle and I’m still having problems. A total RIPOFF.

I don’t know where to start, It has been a stressful
I don’t know where to start, It has been a stressful journey of car buying and trade-in, been to multiple dealership but only Gerry Lane Chevrolet took me seriously, understands and worked well promptly! To you MR DORIAN DANIELS, you have been by far the best sales rep I have ever encountered and (I have dealt with a lot of them)! You deserved this recognition. Thank you for exerting extra effort and by being so pleasant to work with, to MR AVERY STOKES, the only finance director that wont hijack you with extra fees and would throughly explain everything. I am thankful I came across this dealership! I am now a happy 2024 Chevy Trax 1RS and very satisfied Chevy owner, enjoying the car that I really wanted right from the start. This is the only dealership who made it right, i will not work with any other dealership ever again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
