Horrible experience they sold me a used 2016 Cadillac

Horrible experience they sold me a used 2016 Cadillac that they knew needed a transmission. Horrible communication and inexperienced service technician. They order rotors & brakes but the car needed a transmission. Lazy service technician who DO NOT want to do the job that needs to be done. I only had the car for a couple days before I discovered it was not running properly and they gave me the run around until they received payment from my finance company.THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN LIFE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERS WHO ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES AND NOT THE CUSTOMER. I’M SURE THEY WOULD NOT SELL THESE LEMON TO THERE MOM NOR FAMILY. Daquayla Webb was my car sells person who texted me calling me xxxxxxx acting like she was talking about her other customer. I should have walked out after she took my money then requested MORE money before they released the car. VERY HORRIBLE CAR EXPERIENCE. UNRELIABLE CAR DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER. RUN AWAY BEFORE YOU END UP LIKE ME NOT EVEN 30 days and the car been at the service department more than I drove the vehicle and I’m still having problems. A total RIPOFF.

I don’t know where to start, It has been a stressful

I don’t know where to start, It has been a stressful journey of car buying and trade-in, been to multiple dealership but only Gerry Lane Chevrolet took me seriously, understands and worked well promptly! To you MR DORIAN DANIELS, you have been by far the best sales rep I have ever encountered and (I have dealt with a lot of them)! You deserved this recognition. Thank you for exerting extra effort and by being so pleasant to work with, to MR AVERY STOKES, the only finance director that wont hijack you with extra fees and would throughly explain everything. I am thankful I came across this dealership! I am now a happy 2024 Chevy Trax 1RS and very satisfied Chevy owner, enjoying the car that I really wanted right from the start. This is the only dealership who made it right, i will not work with any other dealership ever again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Run for the hills

I paid for a part for my car in feb 2023. As of this day. What do I hear from anyone at Gerry lane CRICKETS. I am telling you take it from me DONT patronize this place.

Have gone to multiple dealerships where we were told no but here I finally got a yes. Amaría was so helpful and took her time to help us find what we needed. I would gladly recommend her here to my friends!!

They don’t stand behind their vehicles first of all the

They don’t stand behind their vehicles first of all the vehicle wasn’t ready had to be jumped off not even a week after driving the check engine light came on called the dealership was told to bring it in. I was also told when I purchased the vehicle I had a 30 day warranty. Bring it back after 20 days of purchase and was told it would be over 7000 dollars to fix the turbo and the salesman should not have told me they have a warranty and I know they knew the turbo was going out before I purchased it.

Customer came in with outside financing through local credit union.At the time of sale customer was offered extended warranty but was advised to decline by credit union representive.35 days later vehicle showed up with obvious signs of off-roading.Dealership still offered to assist customer with repair

The vehicle was purchased on February 10th and brought back to the dealership 28 days later on March the 10th and I would not consider driving down a gravel road off-roading the dealership offered to help by paying half the dealership should be responsible for replacing the turbo
