Buying the car was hassell free and did not consume an entire day. John new the car I was interested in and the price range I could afford. He kept me posted with possible cars and knew when the right car came along. He called and emailed me. Then he held the car and kept his appointment time. Thanks to all who helped me at Ross Downing.

Our experience with your dealership was above our expatations. We have never gone to a dealership and make a deal as fast as we did with you. The trade in value is what made us do the deal with you. All of the staff there regardless if they were helping us or someone else was extremly friendly and very must willing to help if they could in any way. Very pleasant experience for me and my wife.

I bought a 2007 Chevy Tahoe from Ross Downing in July 2007 and had a negative experience which the dealership worked to make right. I told them then since they righted the wrong I would buy my next vehicle from them. I bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox in early November 2011. I could not have asked for a better experience. Every question I asked was answered, I never once felt pressured or pushed into a decision, and everyone went above and beyond the call of customer service. I will most definitely buy my next vehicle from Ross Downing and I will use Mr. Barry Beck as my salesman again!!!!

after totaling out my 2006 model Z71 that i also...
after totaling out my 2006 model Z71 that i also purchased from ross downing,it had 263,000 miles on it and was still doing fine, i had to find a replacement truck. i went to ross downing on a monday to see what they had on the lot. after looking at the 2011 Z71 crew cab (gas) model and the 3/4 ton diesel, i left there awaiting to hear from my insurance company,and kinda dissapointed that the models had changed soo much the new trucks just did not seem to fit me whyle sitting behind the wheel.after dealing with the insurance adjuster on thursday of the same week and he confirmed the 06 model was totaled out,i went back to ross downing still looking,not expecting to buy just yet (pending the pay off from my insurance)for my down payement.boy was i wrong i got in my new truck that same afternoon ZERO down and with a note that was apx $30.00 more than what my 2006 madel was. after driving my new 2011 Z71 for a few days you can not pry me from my truck. thanks to the whole staff at ross downing chevrolet for all they have done. (ps)i will be buying another from them. my wife will be looking for a new car in the future (she likes the impala and the cruze).

The other employees i dealt with were very friendly also and happy to help (jessica) with all requests from setting up the onstar to using my bluetooth. The Overall experience was Great, Beginning with Mike. He had the Shop Foreman Take a ride in the truck with me to identify the problem. Then I was told with most certainty what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix it. My truck was repaired a day earlier than expected.
