The attendant that helped me in the service dept was very kind, and informative. I was late but she said she would take good care of my vehicle and my issues. Cked on me to make sure I was comfortable while waiting

Prices on new vehicles best I located in state.

Prices on new vehicles best I located in state. Had to negotiate trade amount on older Tahoe but in the end worked out ok. It was all completed within 3 hours as we live around 120 miles away and this was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Not good communication- every update on my car for the

Not good communication- every update on my car for the 20+ days my Denali was in the shop was me having to call and get treatment like I was pestering by calling. The mechanic did poor job of assessment of vehicle as the A/C never worked following a front end collision. Very little attention was given to this problem and now I?m having to fight insurance for the 2nd opinion that found the condenser to be dented likely from impact. This was a not at fault accident and very frustrating experience but I think we finally have resolved. An open issue is that Ross Downing gave 2 estimates (original & Supplement) totaling 25 days of ?in shop? service however never AFTER MANY REQUESTS have submitted the final supplement correctly accounting for the shop time for the adjuster to approve 4 add?l days of the necessary rental car. I do hope someone can take care of this issue ASAP by contacting National General.
