Regular maintenance

Clint Reed in the service department is always amazing to deal with - he takes his time explaining all options, considers your current financial situation with what is the most important and urgent. Nothing but great things to say about him and my experience thus far. Exemplary!

Excellent, treated like family

Worked with Sean and Joel. Both were friendly and professional. Just wish it didn’t take so much time to buy a car; especially when there is no financing involved.

Above and beyond

We went to buy my newly 16 year old daughter her first car and we left with 2 cars! One for her and a brand new 2019 Cruze for my husband! Brian Brown made sure we got the best deal and spent a lot of time with us to make sure we got everything we wanted.

Easy purchasing process

John and Abby are both extremely pleasant and made the purchasing experience enjoyable. John had the 2 trucks I wanted to look at ready. John answered all of our questions. Abby got all of the paperwork ready, reviewed everything and got us out quickly. They also stayed late to close the deal which we appreciated. Also, I love my Silverado Z71 4x4.

Service department needs some attention

There had been previous issues, but I went back because car (actually 2 cars) was under warranty. I will only talk about the last issue. My husband's car needed a new seal on the roof. It was fixed incorrectly the first time, a clip was broken. We went back and even talked to the manager. We shouldn't have had to talk to him for resolution. He said they had to order new parts and assured us it would be fixed correctly and they would call as soon as the parts came in. This was back in Oct or Nov. Still haven't heard from them. It is no longer under warranty so we can't take it anywhere else. In reality we eventually forgot about it. Remembered it today because of extreme rain. I truly want to like this dealership, but we've had more than one issue.

Who should we contact? We already talked to the service advisors with no luck. We then escalated to the service manager on duty, he assured us it would be taken care of. No luck. I don't have time to chase this around. Let me know who to directly contact that will take ownership of the issue and get it done in a timely manner. Thank you.

Excellent customer service

Covert Hutto has always been an excellent customer experience. Have purchased 3 trucks here and won't buy anywhere else. Always on top of their game.

Great experience!

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had!! This is the 13 new car or truck my wife and I have purchased and this was by far the easiest transaction we have ever had. Great people, great vehicle, and great price!!

Always Great Service

Mr Wilson got me in early and informed me of any issues they found. As usual it took about 90min to get the keys to the truck, even though the truck was sitting out front ready to go by the hour mark.

Outstanding from every angle

This was the best buying experience my wife and I ever had. Jason and Mark made this the easiest process possible, stood up to everything we discussed...and made me feel like I received a great deal. Car and truck buying always has my guard up where it seems to be confusing at times, these two were transparent and were able to make me understand everything about my truck, the cost, features, etc. I couldn't have asked for any better assistance learning about my new truck. I had visited a few other dealers and none of them were able to give clear facts, clear prices or make me feel as comfortable about buying a new truck as Jason and Mark did. Great job. Keep up the outstanding service you provide. I have to mention the lady in the finance department as well, she was top notch. I have had several car buying experiences go well up until the point of the finance person...she sure changed my view on that, she was outstanding! I'm hoping if this is used, they look her name up and include it on this review for her and others to know, she was the icing on the cake!
