Bad service take too long over price if you take your car, make sure you have a rental car for at least four days maybe six

After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! My sales consultant, Tony Favors, was extremely helpful & showed me another used Toyota. Again, it didn't feel right. Instead of getting frustrated with me, he asked if he could make a suggestion, of which I was grateful. His recomendation led me to "the perfect car" for me...and it is NEW. Tony was attentive, intuitive, thoughtful, patient, thorough & a joy to visit with. His positive (genuinely caring personality) is a tremendous asset to the Covert Team! I will absolutely recommend him to anyone... 5 Star PLUS Tony!! And a shout out to Brandon who handled my paperwork (financing) for being equally patient & a pleasure to visit with. I couldn't have asked for better from either of these gentlemen!

I had my car picked up by Covert Hutto for a routine oil change. When they returned the vehicle to me, it had a cut in the driver's side leather seat. I take extremely good care of my vehicles and this was very upsetting to see. I notified Shiloh Nelson in the service department and provided him with a photo of the damage. Shiloh has not ever called me with a resolution, as he has indicated he would, I have had to call numerous times only to receive the run around for over a month without any offer of resolution.

I had an excellent experience at Covert Chevrolet Hutto! AJ was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. AJ was incredibly helpful—answered all my questions and made sure I found the right car for my needs. I never felt pressured, and the whole process was quick and transparent. Only waited 1 and a 1/2 hours for my oil change. Staff was nice.

*****BEWARE of COVERT CHEVY***** ****DISHONEST***MANIPULATIVE**** First of all, my wife was shopping for a slightly used vehicle and found one she liked for $24,400 at Covert Chevrolet, but when they gave her the bill it was $29,500 with no warranty or tax, title and license, and they were charging extra for stuff that comes factory in the vehicle. I would have liked to leave then but my wife really wanted this vehicle and was tired of shopping for one. I talked with the finance guy about how much interest it would cost us if we got a loan for half of the price of the vehicle. He said 7% interest but when I did the math it looked more like 100% interest! They were trying to make me pay interest on my down payment. The finance guy is an idiot and thought he was talking to someone who was clueless and lied about everything possible and gave me an outrageous price, so I said I was going to get a loan from my bank. He even tried to tell me that they didn't accept checks or cash from my bank. How stupid would someone have to be to believe that! My bank gave me a loan and I saved $10,000 on the loan compared to what the dealership offered, and they pointed out other items that the dealership was trying to charge me for that I didn't need or want. When I went back to the dealership the next Monday, the finance guy said he got me the outrageous loan that I said I wouldn't get because it was robbery, then tried to claim he misunderstood. There was no misunderstanding! He knew I wasn't going to get the loan through them, but he decided to try to mess up my credit score by getting me a loan I didn't want! And he tried to raise the price more by saying I had to pay for an overpriced warranty that I was already getting from the bank for half the price! Plus after reading their reviews, it sounds like the dealership’s warranty isn’t worth the price of the paper it’s printed on. Then, they tried to raise the price another $5,000 because I didn't get the loan from them. Seriously! Who would pay that? I left and bought a vehicle from Classic GMC in Houston, Tx for a better price from good people that didn’t lie to me at all. It was well worth the trip! Now it's my mission to let everyone know what kind of operation they are running at Covert Chevrolet . DO NOT GO TO COVERT CHEVROLET, HUTTO, TX!!!!! They are just trying to rip people off!

Will Atherton was both technical and yet personable and not pushy. On Saturday, when you are closed, he was in the car lot and answered questions and set up an app for the following day. He goes the extra mile !
