Satisfied!

Excellent service dept. Fell below my expectations briefly when there was a change in service manager - but - now back to the same great service as before. The service dept. @ this dealership is the primary reason we've purchased our last 2 vehicles there. Terry Friend is a very knowledgeable & professional tech while be very friendly & attentive to all my needs any time I need service!!!

My latest experience with Covert Hutto service dept. was to checkout my 2013 F150 and wheel alignment before my extended 60K mile warranty ran out. It only took a few hours to perform the checks and alignment check knowing there were a few jobs in front of me. I was greeted, kept abreast and treated with quality care by Ms Carolyn Smith. I am totally satisfied with my latest experience with Covert Ford in Hutto.

Service from Matt Mahan

Matt Mahan was awesome to work with!! We did almost everything with text and emai . When we got to covert which was Kate in the evening he had my car ready to go. All we had to do was basically sign and go. He made the process of buying my first new car so easy and answered all our questions!! We will recommend that anyone that needs someone that will truly eork with them and go the extra mile to call Matt!!

An Excellent Texas Experience

With my recent purchase of a 2017 Ford F-250 Lariat, Chad Cox set a new standard of expectations for car sales. The guy addressed my particular needs and concerns at every step, without hesitation. When the first truck I wanted was too tall to fit into my garage at work, Chad knew immediately that there was another option on the lot, walking right to it from memory. There was no waiting on the sales guy to look it up in the computer here. It was all professionalism and memory. For those not from Texas, there's another reason to shop with Covert Ford in Hutto...sales tax. If you're buying a vehicle in Austin, you're paying 8.25% sales tax. Out here, in the country, it's only 6.25%. That's a 2% discount on the sales price courtesy of the location alone.

Great sales person

Nick Crawford was great to work with and very patient while I narrowed down my choice of trucks I wanted to purchase. He worked at the Chevy dept but when I decided to purchase a Ford he stayed with me thru the entire process. Thanks for all your help Nick!
