Considering the current market, the impudence and rudeness of this dealership is inexcusable. I am so sorry to have attempted to inquire about a 80k vehicle. Thank you for making me aware of your utter disregard, I will gladly spend my money somewhere else.

I purchased a used vehicle from Nyle Maxwell, and found out after a decently long road trip that the vehicle was VERY out of alignment. This is something that I would assume would be part of a vehicle inspection by the dealer prior to putting it up for sale as this vehicle was represented as a well functioning and safe vehicle. It wasn't. I contacted the dealer to try to get this alignment issue taken care of as it had to be done at the manufacturers dealer. They outright refused to pay for the alignment ($115) since it had bee over a week since purchase. They didn't even offer to pay for half. Nothing. Needless to say that this will be the last time Nyle Maxwell will be getting any business from me, or any and everyone I know or who I can talk to. All over $115

My experience with service at Nyle Maxwell has been great. Scheduling is easy and repairs are made quickly and properly. Both of the service advisors are great to deal with, and the cashiers are friendly.

I know with the Pandemic things are bit crazy, but Terry made sure I was taken care of quickly. He showed me what needed to be fixed and had the parts there quickly. I knew the service department was pretty full the Saturday I brought it in, but Terry worked me in. I dropped off the car and Brian said he would make sure it was taken care of since he was working that day. Brian was amazing because he made sure it was completed on time and everything was correct. I will never take my car anywhere else to be fixed!!!
