Wouldn't go anywhere else

Every time I buy a new car, without thinking, I know where to go. Anytime I go to Paul Clark Ford I deal with Kevin Fleming who is more than delightful. He is more like a "trusted advisor" to me when it comes to buying a car. I know he wouldn't steer me in the wrong direction. No pun intended. He is by far the best salesman out there!

good service, easy to deal with

I traded my car for a pre-owned Toyota SUV at Paul Clark Ford and Kevin Fleming was very helpful. In overall, the staff was easy to deal with, and appreciated my business.

Great customer service!!

The first dealership that when asked not to call me by phone and only communicate by email that actually did what I asked!! Very impressed by their attention to detail and how professional they were!! Will be using them again!!!

Great service from Paul Clark Ford

We just bought a new F-150 Ford Truck. The service was great. I think of all the years of dealing with dealerships, this was the best experience we have ever had. Not pushing at all and gave us a great price for our trade-in. I would recomend them to others. Kevin Flemming was the salesman with the help of Steve the sales manager. They both were very knowledgable of the truck we wanted to purchase. Thank you Paul Ford for the great experience.

Super Happy Customer

Mr. Henschel and the entire Paul Clark Ford team were absolutely amazing to deal with. The impeccable service stemmed from the rental car to the quality work that was performed on my vehicle. "Just me" ---Really sorry you felt that way. Think that's the 1st time we've heard that for this dealership. We do "ask" our customers to buy --- but by no means get pushy or agressive. We would love "NEVER" to miss anyone's business -- but that is not always possible.

Excellent customer service

While on vacation in Florida, our Ford Pickup started having problems. We immediately took it to Paul Clark Ford Service Department. They said they could have it repaired by the following Monday. We explained we were scheduled to leave Florida on Saturday and needed the truck to get home. Thomas Hentschel with the Paul Clark Ford Service Department worked to get our repair rescheduled. It was completed within 24 hours. They kept in touch with me to let me know when to expect the repairs to be completed and what cost to expect. Truck was repaired when promised and runs the best it has in several years. We were very pleased with the service we received from Paul Clark Ford Service Department.

Brought my car in for steering Colum repair. the part was on back order and Thomas Hentschel expedited the shipment. He kept me informed of the progress of repairs being done.
