I was looking for a new vehicle after my previous one was totaled in an accident. I first looked online and found a vehicle I was interested in. I sent an email and was contacted quickly by Derek Montalvo. Derek was great to work with! The vehicle I inquired about was actually in Florida but Derek suggested a couple that were very similar in the Mobile location. I went by the dealership, test drove the vehicle and was ready to purchase. Because I was still waiting for insurance to settle, I put down a deposit and went through the the rest of the needed paperwork. The insurance settled quickly and I returned just a few days later to sign paperwork and take delivery. I met with the finance manager and told him I wanted apply the deposit to the purchase. It wasn't until I got home and looked back over the paperwork that I realized the deposit was not applied, so I had to call back to get it refunded. Then, a little over a week later, Derek contacted me to say the finance manager needed me to come back in to sign some more paperwork. When I went back in, it was all of the paperwork because the wrong date was used on all of the original paperwork. It was these issues that caused me to only give a three star rating. Dealing with the sales department was great, the finance department not so much. Still, I would recommend this dealership. There is no back and forth on the sales price. the price listed is the price, and based on research, was a fair price.

I had an excellent experience with Mullinax Ford. I will not purchase another vehicle any place but there. They were professional, fast,courteous, and very upfront with every detail.

My salesman Nelson Easterling was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Finance Manager was great too.

I was looking for a new F150, I looked at three dealers closer to me and they were a hassle with dealer fees and ad ons. I got the truck I wanted, the price I wanted, and didn't have to deal with any of the issues I had to deal with at other dealers. Michael my salesman was awesome, if he didn't know something he didn't make it up he said hey let me check with you, instead of just making something up, which we have all been there before with a car dealer. He had awesome follow up, he was friendly but not pushy. I had the deal done over the internet/phone/email. As I was driving in to get my truck I thought ok here we go I am sure there is going to be some kind of issue or something will come up and I will be here all day and fighting for what they promised. But, to my surprise it was like here is your paperwork, lets go check out your new truck, I kept waiting for something to come up and it never did. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours and that was with checking out my truck and my trade in. Next time, I will start at Mullinax and end there. Seriously just save yourself time, money, energy and buy from them.

My husband and I drove from Pensacola after shopping online. The salesman had the vehicle ready and gave me all the info requested in advance. The price was several thousand dollars cheaper with no dealer fees which saved us a lot of money. Great staff and friendly service!
