Great People, Great Experience

I have purchased numerous vehicles from Mullinax over the years and they always are great to deal with. My salesman James Hankins is completely professional and never "High Pressure". He always goes out of the way to make sure the vehicles he shows me meet the needs i have at the time and points out features that may help those needs. The business office is great to work with and helped me look at all the different finance options and rebates available. Mullinax will always be my first choice when i am in the market for a new vehicle.

Facility Security Officer

We went for an oil change and ended up trading in our 2010 mustang for a brand new 2017 mustang! The sales and finace depts were awesome! Great experience all the way around!

Pleasantly surprised

We went one evening on a weeknight, looking but not expecting much. We had gone to a larger popular dealership the Saturday before and after 4 hours left quite discouraged. Gavin greeted us upon arrival and he was very nice. We were a tough case, we still owed on our trade in(which was in reality only worth about $650) we weren't putting anything extra down and we needed our payments to not go over $250! After 3 attempts we found our car, he was determined to help us but not in that pushy car salesman kind of way. There was no haggling and no surprises! We weren't in the market for a Ford but we are so happy we stumbled upon Mullinax!

Mullinax Positive Purchase

Mullinax Ford was a positive visit for me. I was limited in purchase time and my salesman, Bennie Howard, handled the purchase without rushing me through my options. There was no continued haggling in prices, just reasonable offers for my vehicle and the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I would recommend Mullinax for upfront treatment to its customers.

Fantastic Purchasing Experience

I cannot find the words to express how kind the staff at Mullinax Ford is. The service was great from my salesman James Stallworth giving me good advice on purchasing a car that accommodates my lifestyle and needs. Mr. Stallworth was patient with me (thank you so much) and gave me details about each vehicle I thought about purchasing. Once I finally decided on a vehicle ( 2017 Ford Fusion), Mr. Stallworth took the time to show me how all of the features on the vehicle worked. He didn't loose patience with me through all of my questioning :-). The sales manager Tommy Davis, the General Manager Keith Parrett and the finance manager Terrance Logan( Terrance, thanks for being patient with me because I know I changed my mind on vehicles a couple of times) were very accommodating and did what they could to make the entire car buying process a success. They made sure I received all the incentives that were available for me. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal I could and a vehicle that I really liked and I achieved that at Mullinax. To the Mullinax Ford Team, I am truly thankful for your kindness and your unmatched professional customer service.
