WARNING!

WARNING!!! Avoid these liars, scammers, and thieves. My 17 year old daughter bought her first car from Maggio/Venture. They asked for a $2k down payment to hold the car which is fine but they never explained that if she used her card they would charge her a fee instead of just going down the street to her bank. I asked for a finalized price so she could get a cashier check, we agreed but on the day of pickup they tried to strong arm her with fees by modifying the paperwork. Luckily I had a photo of the original agreement and they backed down. We were then told the warranty we were sold was not "available" because the person who handles wasn't there even though they knew when we would arrive. We took possession but noticed the tire pressure light was on and we were assured they would look at it when we picked up plates. Then the check engine light came on. Next I spent weeks fighting with the salesman, front desk, and a manager's voicemail. When I finally spoke directly with the salesman he told me he never checks his voicemail so he was unaware of our issues. Next it was Amir the manager who would "personally" handle it because he was "unaware" even though I left HIM voicemails as well as talking with HIS STAFF who told me they gave him messages. Once we spoke he started to ignore my calls and text messages after taking it in for repairs. After nearly 5 days we picked up and the tire issue was never addressed and the "warranty person" was also again not available. An independent mechanic looked at the car and found the tire sensor completely removed and that the oil had been drained while in for the repair but never filled.

Do not buy a vehicle or buy parts from this place.

Buyer beware they will not warranty transmission. Would not provide a rental for said repairs. Very unprofessional in customer service and now will not answer our calls!

Use truck buyer

I drove 110 miles to go look at a use truck as it was very nice & bought it. You can’t ask for a more friendly staff &dealer ship this place is not your big dealer that has a lot of overhead I recommend this dealer for new are used mr clent treated me like he new me a long time thanks again to mr clent , Carlisle

Great Buying Experience

Recently bought 2013 Terrain for my daughter. Had one minor issue (windshield washers didn't work). Maggio made the repair (no charge) and had the vehicle back to me the next day. I have bought several vehicles from Maggio over the years. Never a bad experience. Always been very accommodating. My daughter loves the car.

Best place to get a vehicle!

Have bought from Maggio for years. They are wonderful. I don't even look anywhere else. I even get free oil changes! Service department is easy to work with. Everyone there is so nice.

Wonderful Buying Experience

My wife check out the Buick Lacrosse that you had online. Mr. Sammy gave her a call and began answering all her questions. Then I talked to Mr. Sammy, and quoted a price that made us interested enough to drive from Prairieville and check it out and to possibly make a deal. Mr. Sammy was very knowledgeable, professional, made us feel like family. Mr. Dereck treated us with total honesty and respect. For the first time in my forty five years of buying vehicles we had the most satisfying, and pleasant dealing when it came to purchasing our Buick. We agreed on price without the usual run around, and bickering back and forth. Thank you Mr. Sammy, and Mr. Dereck for this wonderful experience.

Such an enjoyable experience to purchase a car here. From the Owner, Finance Manager, Salesmen, Service Manager, Service Writers, Service Tech's, Parts Manager and Cashiers we always have great relations no matter what the reason is for the visit.
