Not so good! Waited a over 3 hours and was being multi task with other clients. No personal customer service as in the past. Walked out and purchased another vehicle somewhere else. Three days later get an email did I send in my application? P.T. the salesman I had for my last 2 purchases was no longer there. So I feel strongly I will not be traveling this distance again to be treated with disrespect. I was willing to wait my turn. But to be placed in the middle of the dealership at a table full of auto brochures and left for an extreme length of time and returning discussing my business in the middle of a show room. THAT’S NOT PROFESSIONAL at ALL. I wish this dealership the best. And with a little tweeting I feel you could get it together. You have ALWAYS had the product I was in need of. And I would have purchased my vehicle that day. I love it! But I had to go elsewhere and get it. It’s �� sad you lost a sale for being selfish.

Great people to do business with.
These are great people to do business with. My purchase from them was a pleasant experience. Staff was very knowledgeable, honest and to the point. Process was fast and easy with no stress at all. Special thanks to Sammy and Derek for making me one happy fella.

I had a great experience for the 2nd time. Everyone was very helpful especially since I only knew I wanted a vehicle and a good deal. After test driving multiple vehicles I bought a Lacrosse.

For 58 years or more of buying and selling cars and car shows at dealerships of all manufactures, I have never experienced before a dealership like the Buick dealership in New Roads, LA. Very Happy Customer!
The purchase of our truck was a very pleasant experience. I did my research online to find the vehicle we wanted, requested a quote online and began emailing with Clent. I was able to give him all of my information and expectations prior to arriving at Maggio's dealership. He was prepared and ready for us when we arrived and the negotiating, purchasing and financing processes were very quick and easy! The service was very professional, friendly and relaxed. I will certainly go back to Maggio's for my next purchase and spread the word to my neighbors and friends and the fantastic service we received!

Great Dealership
Will was a great salesman. He was not pushy, or overbearing. He showed us what we asked for and was honest. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Great small town business with home town attitude. We will definitely do business here again.
