Service department is excellent!

Service department is excellent! The staff greet you as soon as you drive up. They let you know how long the service should take, show you to the waiting area, and offer complimentary water and snacks! They update you while you're waiting and the car is ready on time. And my windshield and carpet is cleaner and the air is on when I get in the car. Great service!

Terrible service dept

When I purchased my vehicle the dealership side was awesome. Service is sub par at best. I brought my car in for service and when I received it back the side mirror was making a noise that it didn’t make prior to going in. I was told it wasn’t anything to do with them and it was my problem

Tyler is awesome

Had flat tire this morning, and Tyler was able to get me taken care of without an appointment. In and out in no time at all.

Ex customer

Wouldnt send my bicycle there for alignment. The guy who run the alignment machine omg. The worse. They had a great thing going about 6 months ago with the porter and service setup. The 2 oldest technicians there are the best. The manager and parts set up should be thrown out and started again from scratch.

Very pleased with the sales team there at Kia of McComb. Definitely intend to continue to do business there. Danny was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied before driving off the lot with our new car.

Frustrated

Many many problems with the Kia I bought there. Dealership is unwilling to recognize issues and help me get to the bottom of matter. Sales ppl were slimmy and out only for themselves. Will never buy a car from them again. Will never buy another Kia again.
