Kia of McComb, Ms is the best. I recently purchased another Sorento and love my car but came back because of the service dept. I shopped around but no other dealership seemed to care like Kenny, Charles, Wesley and the rest of the crew there. I've lost count of how many different vehicles I have owned in my long life, but the service dept makes all the difference. If you go there ask to meet the service crew. You will be impressed.

Harry was very helpfull and courteous. He was very good at explaining all the features to me and my wife and even hooked both of our phones up the bluetooth system. The manager and Harry did a good job of getting us what we wanted for our trade, the manager worked hard on our deal even as he explained to us he had just had a heart attack four weeks ago. They got us a low rate on the financing and got our payment right into our budget.

great service and very friendly but after purchasing a truck they went back on there word they promised to fix a part then after picking the truck up something else was broke so they fixed that part and they told me i was on my own with the part they promised to fix so it cost me out of my pocket $300.00 to fix it. my advise don't sign any papers till every thing is fixed on vehicle or have it in writing that it will be fixed. whats bad the manager and sales person promised to fix it when i purchased it so don't take there word.
