Super dealership.

Great service. Super people to purchase from. Our 2013 Edge SEL purchased last August was a breeze. Sales went & found Edge we wanted and we're super about it. Wish had the money to buy a new one every year.

Excellent customer service!!!

I had to have both front brakes and rotors replaced due to a mistake I made when installing new pads several months ago. When the dealership told me the repairs would cost > $400 to fix my mistake, I told the service tech I didn't come prepared to pay $400 and would need to come back. Instead, Tyler Ford decided to take care of the repairs free of charge to me! This was not warranty work or the dealer fixing their mistake. The mistake was clearly mine but this dealership took care of my situation in a way I never would have expected. I will definitely come back and do business at this dealership.

Tyler Ford -

Came in because "Check Charging System" light came on - However, after keeping car all day, no problem was found - Battery was good - Could not duplicate what happened with "Check Charging System" light - They were kind enough not to replace the alternator ($$$) if did not need to be replaced - I greatly appreciate their honesty - However and since that time, the "Check Charging System" light has appeared on other occasions - Dome lights have flickered also, but things appear to be operating properly - Somewhat nervous about traveing long distances, during this holiday season - But, life is - Thanks for the continued support & assistance - Blessings to all -

Tyler Ford

I had been looking for a Ford Mustang for quite sometime. I wanted a vehicle at a reasonable price, Certified pre-owned, a warranty & low miles! I found one here locally at Tyler Ford and the process to getting my dream vehicle by the Ford team was excellent and nice and smooth. The experience I had there was like no other! They were very helpful and sincere about serving the customer and making sure the customer is more than satisfied! I absolutely love those guys!
