Good service after long wait to receive car
Our 2015 Mustang took longer than expected to arrive. However, I do not blame this on the dealership. Ford was slower completing our car and delivering than anyone expected. The staff at Tyler Ford was very friendly and competent. The salesman called the morning after we received the car to see how we were doing and told us to call him if we had questions.

very professional service
The staff was helpful in that the work was completed in a professional manner. Waiting for parts was a little irritating as it took 2 hours to arrive from Longview. But I will still come to Tyler Ford for my service work on my Ranger.
