New Truck for Christmas

I had been in about a month before I actually purchased my truck to look at one I had my eye on. When I cam back to purchase, they had my truck up front and ready to go. We went to work on the deal right away and were able to work out a deal that I think everything was happy with. I did drive the truck a second time to solidify my decision to buy. The finance process was smooth and organized as Damian was thorough and made sure I understood what he was explaining. I would do business with Arrow Ford again.

Trade in

Traded in a 2012 Dodge quad cab HEMI for my current truck. I thought they were generous with the trade in value of my Dodge. I turned down the initial payments and interest and left the dealership for the day, then my salesman called me back the next day by noon and said they made some tweaks on the price, and also found a better interest rate for me from a different bank, so I signed off on the deal. The proccess on both days was lengthy, about 3.5 hours each day. A lot of sitting around (REASON FOR MY 3 STAR BUYING PROCCESS RATING). But in the end, I ended with exactly I was shopping, for a smaller pickup, better gas mileage. And honestly, Toyota builds a better product than Dodge.

Great customer service

The experience to buy was Great !! I did not have to wait All day at the Dealership to purchase !! The salesman was not pushy but honest !! I would recommend everyone to buy local here in Abilene, and ask for Brant!!

Ford Explorer

The buying process was great, however, the car was not cleaned completely. The third row was still dirty and had glitter everywhere.

Field tech

My overall experience was excellent, I told them what we were looking for and what our budget was and they went straight to work. No if or buts from them at all like most other dealerships. Everything was quick and easy, I will definitely be back in the future.
