Bought a truck last week although the salesman was a nice guy the truck has a multitude of problems. It was a three hr process on top of that. Thanks alot.

They don't want to sale
They have a used 08 ford expodition that was listed at 21,500. After talking to them about financing they said 9.99% interest is an ball park number. Got our bank to give us a 2%. We had a trade in and $18,000 cash. Came to $21,000 total. They wouldn't make a deal over $895 difference after TT&L. Last time I checked it was a sales job and buying a used car negotiations are part of the deal. Not there to sale cars. Why be open!

Used Ford Fusion
It's been over a 2 months since i purchased my 2012 Fusion. I felt it time to share my experience. I initially was contacted after inquiring about another vehicle at an Autonation located a couple hundred miles away. After deciding that wasn't the vehicle i wanted to pursue i decided to go in and see what they may be able to find which was the 2012 Fusion. When i shared what my expectations where on the vehicle and what i prepared to spend this seemed to be the only vehicle he had to show. I test drove the car and was given a chance to keep it overnight to really get a feel for the car. Once i made the decision to purchase the vehicle then it came down to price and what was needed to make the deal. This is where i was diss-satisfied with how everything was handled. My expectations where to have 2 key's (they only had 1), the code to the door, and to fix the power seat. I was initially told I would have to purchase a 2nd key, along with paying $75 to have the code pulled for the door. My initial thought of dismay on having to pay a FORD dealership to get a code was my business here was done. During my time with it, a quick google search determined where i could get the code. The salesman was also able to have the car changed to a CPO which came with 2 key's to solve that issue. The next problem i saw was that the salesman told me that the seat would be fixed under warranty that comes with CPO. What he didn't tell me, didn't know or played dumb was that while yes CPO vehicles come with a warranty it would not have covered the seat to be repaired. This was an additional cost of course.... I will say the salesman was professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile (after you say no). If you are going to Autonation Ford in Burleson expecting to have any different of an experience than a typical dealership you are not so be prepared. Also something that has also been talked about is there excessively long wait to get in Finance. This is something that Autonation should really look into resolving as it appears 3 or 4 guys cramped in a small space in the back isn't getting recognition.

purchased a new f150--2015 lariat from autonation at burleson -good to deal with -sales man michael barrows-is the man to see- he heip in every way possiable--explain every item or buttons on truck---program all items and he ask ,if need anything just call--he even keep up with the add ons I put on pu--kept in contack from start to until I drove home---way to go micheal-- happy in Joshua tx. p.s.
