Brought my Fiesta in for a TCM replacement. There was a wait for the part but as soon as they received it, they quickly got me back on the road. I would recommend their service.

Went in to see what they had for used trucks. Seen one we liked ended up more than we wanted to pay. While doing paperwork we wanted to include my car as trade in. We were already approved through our credit union kept push us to try some of there finance and was positive they could beat the rate we had. Well no they couldn?t beat it and kept bring back the deal with a 9% finance rate when our bank was a 6.5 rate. Saying crap like our computer won?t do that. So we said we will sell my car to carvana they will give me more. And kept putting the the trade deal in the paperwork. Like no one was listening to what we wanted or cared. So we did purchase a used truck and when we seen it their was a hitch on the back and was being sold as is. Well they had to replace the windshield that took 4 days we go to get it and come home notice the hitch is gone. Call them and they say oh we will pay you $50 the hitch is worth $300 gave us a story of the previous owner came back to get it. B.S so we are out a hitch and the detail company left a big chunk of looked like chewing tobacco on the steering wheel and none of the crevices were cleaned out. xxxx poor customer service and communication. Will not go back there to buy another vehicle and that?s a shame we have bought 4 vehicles from auto nation in the past.

I have to say the sales man who help me was great I to end of dealing with thing I call again try to see about my truck there for repairs Thank goodness I found one to really to help me was Great I got me new ride Salesman was the GREATEST

Took my car in for 3 different issues. All was fixed within a week. (A part had to be ordered.) Matt kept us posted on the progress and was professional and courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend Burleson Autonation!
