Great placement
I started the online chat, before I knew it the actual salesman called and we discussed what I was looking for and my trade in. 3 hours or less I was driving away from the dealership in my new truck. That includes my drive time to the dealership. Everyone I dealt with was nice and helpful and actually broke everything down in writing.

I find the lack of communication unacceptable.
I find the lack of communication unacceptable. Service rep was good once vehicle was brought in but up to that point no one returned calls with the needed info. This includes service manager

Quick & easy with our salesman I did a lot of my research and work ahead of time, which I also think played a big part of the quick process Very pleased with my experience with my salesman I don’t like that my loan term was extended a year, but I guess adding the protection plan will hopefully be worth it! Side note: lots of crickets outside the dealership, which was kinda gross

Sometimes good, sometimes really bad.
Sometimes good, sometimes really bad. Last visit was really bad. 3 1/2 hrs for oil change and tire rotation due to inexperienced technician. Damaged an anti-theft plate that I installed that caused no problems on two previous oil changes at same dealership. Now the plate rattles and I have to fix it.
