Great experience!

I loved my little soul red Mazda 3 (hatchback) and when my lease was up I wanted the exact same car, which was perfect for me and my family, but with a lighter interior. I went in to Westcott Mazda on July 3 and by the very next day I had my brand new Soul Crystal Red Mazda 3 hatchback with parchment interior, Boise stereo, back up camera, side mirror alerts and a sun roof! Thanks to Mohammed for all his work in finding the car and getting it to San Diego. Thanks also to the lease agent for making it a fast process. I am a happy Mazda car owner.

Amazing services

I had my appointment at 9am I asked them how long does it take for the service to be done and they told me 1:30 hours, I sat down and at 10:30 exactly they told me my car was ready. Great experience, very friendly staff. I would love a table at the waiting room so I can do my homework while waiting but everything is ok!

The people make the difference

We really liked the salesman that helped us, his name is Ramat Amadian. He listened to everything we said we wanted and needed in our car and was able to find the car that met all our needs. We went to check out cars at another dealership and returned within an hour to buy the car Mr. Amadian had found for us. We didn't like the service at the other dealership (salesman) or the car they thought we should buy. We also liked the financial guy that took care of all that business. I can't remember his name right now, but he was great too. We are not "car people" and were dreading looking for a new car, but the people at Westcott Mazda made it a pleasant experience.

Bad experience, bad service, took too long!

Took my car to get fixed and address a recall. I was told it was going to be "a big job" since it involved taking off the engine. They provided me with a loaner, which that was good, but the job took them 13 days!! Despite that I was calling on a daily basis to follow up on my car, I was not notified until a week and a half later that they didn't have a "specialty tool" to work on the car and they were going to order it. I had previously taken the car over there to get some services/repairs but I won't do it anymore after this. I rather drive more to another dealership but not anymore to the one in national city!

Cx5 Mazda

Bought a cpo cx5 Nice car still happy with it but, within the first month, the battery had a bad cell and died, then took car in for oil change,after checking oil a very short time after purchase. A full quart low! after being told it had a full going through in the certified preowned process. I had to have the cabin filter replaced it was completely plugged so air conditioning wouldn't work because of no air entering cabin I'm sceptical of any cpo vehicle other than Lexus or Mercedes. I paid extra for this?

Routine Service - Mazda 5

We purchased our 2010 Mazda 5 at Westcott. Note: this is a VERY low mileage vehicle (less than 16K miles). Once a year I bring our Mazda 5 to Westcott for routine servicing. All servicing has been done properly and for a reasonable cost. Best of all, Westcott Mazda Service Department does not "push" costly/unnecessary "recommended" services. Dealership facilities appear somewhat tired and worn. This does not make any difference to me but some customers may prefer to shop/have their vehicles serviced at more modern, up-to-date facilities. All Westcott service personnel are polite, friendly, and helpful.
