Excellent.

Excellent. Our sales person Rob H. was an absolute great guy to work with. No high pressure stuff - very informative. Made our purchase a pleasure. That's a real change in purchasing an automobile! He was very patient and fought to get us all incentives and rebates available.

Great job!

Great job! The visit was a very pleasant one when we brought our Jeep in to get the oil changed. It was a very fast turn around.

When I went to pick up the Ram 1500, one lug nut wasn’t

When I went to pick up the Ram 1500, one lug nut wasn’t even finger tight. I also had to go back and get the front license plate bracket put on. Seems like the Vehicle Makeready crew were in a hurry. Everything was taken care of satisfactorily.

Allstate has a partnership with you for wrecks.

Allstate has a partnership with you for wrecks. FW Hwy wouldn’t take it cause all I had you do was alignment and send the wheel off. I paid for the alignment out of my pocket. When you did the wheel Kyle told me they’d get paid thru Allstate. He wasn’t there when I picked up and you wouldn’t let me have my keys without paying. Allstate tells me they’d have a set price on repairs and because they made me pay the inflated price I have to eat the difference. You see the problem here??? I am pissed about it.

Nothing special.

Nothing special. Did not give any incentives to buy. Not much discount not oil changes included. Could not even include a sun shade.
