Took in for oil change and asked to check for oil leak.

Took in for oil change and asked to check for oil leak. Was told by advisor it was oil on splash pan from last oil change. Got home and crawled under my truck to realize there is NO splash pan and the oil leak was bad and coming from a seal or gasket somewhere. Took to another dealership and found out the crankshaft seal was leaking

Roger Williams stepped up to the plate and helped me when no other dealer would. Helped me trade out of a truck that I just bought from a different dealer and helped me get into a new one at a great price. They had no obligation to help me the way they did and they have earned my loyalty for it!

Tried to get my vehicle in for A/C service -- was told

Tried to get my vehicle in for A/C service -- was told that it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it and that I would have to leave it on their lot for those 2 weeks. Seemed absurd, and when I inquired as to why, the advisor stated that's how they (and other dealer service locations) do it now. How can they justify that imposition? They are forcing me to be without my vehicle for that period time, and creating an unnecessary risk of theft or damage. That makes no sense, so I took it somewhere else and got it serviced the next day.
