Auto nation, frisco, tx

Both our sales advisor and finance manager were courteous and professional and the whole buying process was made as smooth and easy as possible. Have not yet had my car in for any service so am unable to rate the service dept. however, this is the second vehicle we have purchased from Autonation, frisco and we have been happy with the service in our F150.

Service review. Advisor Austin Reed

My Ford Cmax was taken to Auto Nation Ford in Frisco for a recall repair. Service was performed in a timely manner. The facility is clean and the staff are well knowledge and courteous.

Misunderstanding, re-review

So far so good.

There was a misunderstanding with the finance department, but we've worked things out. The manager was very friendly and I think our issue is resolved.

Can't get a return call

Called twice this week regarding a repair needed on my 2016 f150, I bought in Dec. No response yet. They didn't have to wait on my money for my truck though. Probably won't deal with them again or refer them either.

Techs very helpful and very nice, . They replaced recall part and fixed wiring damaged by rodents.

Auto Nation Ford car service rating...

Excellent customer service and efficiency in delivering my regular maintenance on my vehicle while I waited. There was also a comfortable lounge area to work online while I waited for the services to be complete.
