I took my 2023 Ford Bronco in for some recalls, and the
I took my 2023 Ford Bronco in for some recalls, and the vehicle not recognizing my key (this was on Thursday, as soon as they opened). I was told the repairs would take 1-2 days. After two days, I finally get told that they need to see if my key was under warranty. They come back to me the next day and say it was under warranty, and that the key would be ordered in and re-programmed on Monday. No one has reached out, I've been ignored for SEVERAL HOURS by my service advisor, Joshua, and he would finally respond at the end of the business day to tell me the key had not yet come in and it would be done the next day. It is now Wednesday of the next week. I spoke with the service center manager, Fabian, asking for a loaner vehicle and was told none would be available for 2 months and again, promised my car would be ready the following day. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received at a dealership. The very least they could do is COMMUNICATE without me having to call every few hours. Ridiculous. Do better!

Jerome was an excellent salesperson. We knew the vehicle we wanted. He did not pressure to look at anything else. Answered all of our questions. And was very personable. Then Riyaz walked us through the paperwork and quickly got us on the road. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Luca was one of the best salesman I have ever worked
Luca was one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. I did not feel pressured to buy the vehicle but worked very hard to make a deal happen. Luca was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle which made it an easy choice to buy that vehicle. Danny Cody was also great in the process of making the deal happen. Luca and Danny has gained a life long customer to autonation.

Autonation Fore Frisco has been my dealership for 25 years. I purchased a 2000 Mustang in December 1999 and returned in July 2024 to purchase my 2024 Mustang. My primary reason for purchasing my new vehicle with this dealership was the great service I received for 24 years for my 2000 Mustang.
