I must say if it had not been for Lindsay I would have no choice but to leave a very bad review for this Autonation as nobody else there would return my calls or keep me updated on the status of my vehicle including Nick Nicholson who has a voice mailbox that is full and not accepting anymore calls, all of my dealings with everyone prior to Lindsay were very unprofessional. I again Thank Lindsay very much and believe she should be promoted over everyone at the front service area, she can teach them all how to be professional and courteous. Thank You again Lindsay, I truly appreciate your kindness, courteousness, professionalism, and keeping me informed on my vehicle.

Poor customer service/false advertising
Quite possibility the worst customer experience I have ever had. My salesman was trying to help me and 3 others at the same time. It took so long I had to ask the finance manager and the assistant sales manager to find my folder so that I could complete the sale. I was not informed the pre-inspection had not occurred, nor was I given a timeline. I waited over a week for a truck I paid for and received poor/no communication. Within a week I was back at another AutoNation addressing another issue with the vehicle. I was also charged a different price for the warranty than what I was quoted. after going to another AutoNation, I was referred to the GM who put in contact with the acting GM who addressed some of the issues.

Safety recall visit
I visited AutoNation Ford due to a safety recall on my vehicle. I was very surprised with the wonderful service I received. The previous two visits (2019) were so poor that I never came back to this dealership.
