Had occasuion to need my F150 in for repairs. Left it and received a call with a diagnosis and price and agreed upon the repair being made. Couple of days later I got a call to advise repair had been made. Went to pick up the truck and drove home. All done very well, efficient and as we had discussed.

The Service Department, in particular Don Swift went way above the call of duty to get our Ford Transit Motorhome repaired and back on the road, allowing my wife and I to leave for Canada to care for my 94 year old mother.
