We previously purchased our 2015 Ford Explorer from Bill Utter Ford. When we were considering purchasing the F150, Bill Utter was our first and only stop. We communicated with Casey first via email and text but came into the Dealership on a Saturday. He could not have been more accommodating by showing us the new features on the truck and searching for the Blue XLT truck with the 20" wheels that my husband specifically wanted. He had to go a long way to get it, but it was worth the wait and we are so pleased with it. Service provider made sure the items were explained before have them done. Mr. Swift had been the service provider on two of the visits. Very good service all around.

As always, the buying experience was superb. The friendliness and the attention to my wants was exceptional. Thanks to Doyle for his persistence to find what I wanted. The only constructive criticism (hopefully you will take this as a positive idea for improvement) that I have is "Give the customer a call with an explanation that their vehicle won't be delivered when anticipated and why."

Had the Ford Rear Camera recall service performed on Thursday. Service was quick and efficient and I received my vehicle back in about 2 hours. Everything went smoothly and Greg Hall was very helpful in making the appt. and ensuring all went well.
