Received Fordpass notification saying restraint indicator...
Received Fordpass notification saying restraint indicator fault minutes before Danny called to say car was ready. He said "I dont know, but your car is ready" He didnt care and has no respect for customers. A friend said he upsales all the time. Thats how you lose customers. First bad experience I've ever had.. I will not be back unless Johnny is working. Thank you Johnny for always caring and being honest with me.

A fabulous experience. Initially we were told it would take two weeks to get the car we wanted only to get a call back that they had another red escape that was available and it even had the Michelin tires that we wanted. Keith’s dad, Paul Bean St., was a former service manager at Bill Utter and I don’t remember everyone involved. Keith knew many of them.

They are never "too busy" to answer questions. Excellent quality work and customer service. There seems to be problem between 25 word minimum & maximum, perhaps rephrase.
