Great personal care and service
I took my 2016 Ford F150 in for service on my navigational system and other warranty work. I was greeted and cared for by Johnny Constancio. Even though I know he was very busy he treated me like I was his only customer from start to finish. He kept me informed of what had to be done and when the truck would be finished. He even ran it through the car wash before I came to pick it up. I am extremely pleased with this kind of service and with Johnny C. I hope he stays at Bill Utter for a long time and is rewarded for his excellent customer care. As a side note--I purchased the Ford Care Warranty when I bought my truck. It was well worth it because it covered the cost of my navigational system repair which I was told would have cost about $1500. Job well done! Thanks. And thanks to Perry Eggelston for leading a well trained team.

Greg Hall did an excellent job working around my schedule to ensure that the person who works on the Ford Pass equipment was available to complete the service work...He called me at 7:15 am the morning of the schedule to endure that the service would be completed...Great Customer Service

Quick, In & Out Purchase
My family had a need for a Ford Transit and had been looking for several months. Found what we were looking for on the Bill Utter website, called the dealership to verify the unit was on the lot before driving an hour. It was there, drove down, test drove it, bought it in a matter of an hour and a half.

Inspection
I only had a state inspection performed, but it was only about a twenty minute wait. They also advised that my right back up light was out which I was unaware. The waiting room is nice and the office staff are great. I use Bill Utter Ford for all my service issues...
