Friendly, personal service with no hard sell tactics.

Couldn't isolate the problem because of the age of the truck, however no extra charge for parts or labor the their effort to find the issue

Aweson! He is our new card guy!

We have purchased over 30 Ford vehicles and always used another dealership because of the salesman, Chandler Center. He was like family. Chandler passed away almost two years ago. I didn't know where to go for a new car. It brought back the pain of losing him. I went to Bill Utter not knowing what to expect. I was pleased with every aspect of the process. Jason reached out by phone to confirm my appointment. He made the process awesome. We feel blessed to have Jason as our new family Ford salesman. Thank you Jason and your team. We will be back. Working with Greg Hall has been great.

Greg has been my service advisor of choice for many years. He is always friendly, courteous ,prompt and knowledgeable. I depend on him to keep my Ford performing properly.

Easy with no hassle!

I was able to do the whole process over email and text. Cory delivered the truck to my home and drove away with my trade - Best experience ever buying a new truck!

Purchased without stepping into dealership!

My car was totaled out, so I was in the market for a new truck. I wasn't planning on buying anything for another year or so. I went online, found what I liked, and made contact with Bill Utter Ford through their website. I was sent a text message about 30 minutes later letting me know someone would be in contact first thing in the morning because they were already closed. About 9:00AM the next day Elante sent me a message, and worked with me over that day. He was transparent, and made the process great - especially for not having to step foot in the dealership. When we agreed on everything, he said he would get it setup to where I would be in and out quickly. He asked when I was going to be there, and when I showed up he walked me straight to Mike in Finance, and I was there for no more than 20 minutes. When I was done there, Elante showed me a few features on my new Truck, and off I was - I wasn't in the dealership more than 45 minutes. A truly great experience.

They were quick with adding accessories to my new truck....

They were quick with adding accessories to my new truck. It took a long time for somebody to acknowledge me when I returned the rental. Service managers always ignore and just keep making calls instead of helping walk-in customers. There needs to be a better system for service.

the works oil change service

I dropped it off walked the lot looked at all the cool cars they have and got back to service and the car was done and ready to go, wow what service.

wonderful

It was very pleasant and easy. It was also interesting to watch the service personnel work on our car. The ladies behind the desk were very friendly and helpful.

Quick and easy

It was a quick in and out and done!!! no real trouble. Ivan Barrios was great to work with, he went out of his way to take good care of us and make sure that we had everything we needed.
