We have purchased over 30 Ford vehicles and always used another dealership because of the salesman, Chandler Center. He was like family. Chandler passed away almost two years ago. I didn't know where to go for a new car. It brought back the pain of losing him. I went to Bill Utter not knowing what to expect. I was pleased with every aspect of the process. Purchased without stepping into dealership!
My car was totaled out, so I was in the market for a new truck. I wasn't planning on buying anything for another year or so. I went online, found what I liked, and made contact with Bill Utter Ford through their website. I was sent a text message about 30 minutes later letting me know someone would be in contact first thing in the morning because they were already closed. About 9:00AM the next day Elante sent me a message, and worked with me over that day. He was transparent, and made the process great - especially for not having to step foot in the dealership. When we agreed on everything, he said he would get it setup to where I would be in and out quickly. He asked when I was going to be there, and when I showed up he walked me straight to Mike in Finance, and I was there for no more than 20 minutes. When I was done there, Elante showed me a few features on my new Truck, and off I was - I wasn't in the dealership more than 45 minutes. A truly great experience.

They were quick with adding accessories to my new truck....
They were quick with adding accessories to my new truck. It took a long time for somebody to acknowledge me when I returned the rental. Service managers always ignore and just keep making calls instead of helping walk-in customers. There needs to be a better system for service.
