I, and three friends, bought our trucks at Bill Utter, from Doyle. Great experience. I have had my truck serviced there three times since then. Friendly, efficient, professional, reasonable cost. I worked with Carina yesterday. Great representative of the company. I have recommended Utter to many people. Well done!

This is the first time I've used Bill Utter Ford and I had a great experience. My service rep, Johnny, was very helpful and even when I came up with another concern, after the work was done, he worked me back in right away. Thanks for everything!!

Recall Repair

Don Swift wasn't assigned to me but he checked me in and advised that he expected the recall repair to take less than 1 hour. He followed up in the back and updated that it would only be approximately 30 minutes. I was gone 30 minutes after my arrival. Very prompt.

Great, low, no hassle pricing on a used late model car....

Great, low, no hassle pricing on a used late model car. Drove off the lot with a super deal on a great car—same day! Customer service was excellent—better than any other dealer I’ve used. Huge selection!

Was a Great visit!!!!!!

Love the new waiting area, we had no appointment because they were booked so a little over an hour for the works was not bad. Can not remember who helped me in service, but they were great. Saw our Salesman while at this visit and he was GREAT as always.

Incredibly poor experience, from start to finish. I saw...

Incredibly poor experience, from start to finish. I saw the negative reviews prior to dropping off my car and was warned. Shame on me. Poor communication from the sales rep - I was having to call for a promised follow up. Upon retrieving my vehicle, a significant amount of gas was used and not was not replenished (per their policy). Actual mileage used was significantly greater than what was recorded on my report. Where did they go?????? The inside of my car (diver door) had a grease mark, which I cleaned prior to driving off. Not only would I NOT use Bill Utter Ford for service again, I plan on purchasing a new Ford in the next few months, which will not be at this dealership. The list below didn't include the name of my rep. John Witt was the person who returned my call when I asked that a manager call me. Please note they had another rep called, not a manager. They just don't care.

We normally go to the Ford dealership in Frisco, but we grew tired of the bad customer service and days long wait for our car to even be looked at even with an appointment. We decided to try Bill Utter. Eddie Church was wonderful and kept me updated. I asked about the rental policy under our extended service plan and he got everything taken care of. Thanks so much Eddie!! What a relief to actually go somewhere where you are valued and treated like a customer. At the Frisco Ford, we have felt like the people there feel they are doing us a favor by servicing our car. We’ll definitely use Bill Utter in the future!
