Outstanding service event. Great service adviser. Exceeded all my service expectations. Exceptionally clean service area. This was my third service event sent I purchased my Lincoln from Bill Utter and all have been great.

Came in for the very first oil change on my new F-150 after lunch time on a weekday. As I handed over the key, I was told they would "get it in the shop now." The truck was not pulled into the shop for an hour and a half. A simple oil and oil filter change should never take two hours, especially if that expectation is not set with the customer up front. Not a good first impression in the service department.

I always feel that Greg Hall has my best interests at heart. He lets me know with full explanation what work needs to be done. And when the service is completed, I know that the truck is in great shape.

Eddie Church is my Service advisor He always is willing to help and go the extra mile to help me. Eddie also keeps me well informed About the work being done on my F350 and when it will be ready for Me to pick it up. Perry is also big help to me as As well

my over all experience was nice, buying a vehicle is never fun! my thing is after the sale, so well see how i'm taken care of after the purchase

Excellent service and quick they even had burgers and hot dogs cooking so the family got to eat while waiting on an oil change I will be returning for sure
