GREAT!!!!!!!!!

All of the employees were just great and very helpful!!!!!! I am sorry that I don't remember the names of all the people that have been so helpful while I was there.

GREAT!

Came in for a no appointment oil change at lunch time. They had me in and out super fast! Will come here again. Place looks good after the remodel.

Just OK

Took to long. For the repair & was to expensivethe employers were nice and informative , but I had to call to get any info on why my car was not ready for pickup

Great service.

Love this place. I have bought a truck and a car from Bill Utter Speaking from sales, finance, to service, Bill Utter has been the best experience in my many years of dealing with buying a vehicle.The service dept. has been super helpful and accommodating. I've had my oil changed here and they keep records as well as recommendations at no greater charge than any other oil place. I choose here every time.

Not what I expected from a dealership

I generally go into auto repair scenarios, especially one as thorny as the Focus PowerShift shudder, with a great deal of skepticism about the transparency of the dealer or shop. The repair was done as promised, but what impressed me was the attention to detail (runners filling up fluid and covering seats upon arrival) and level of communication I received. I know it was immaterial to the repair of the car, but it goes a long way toward building goodwill in a customer.

Outstanding Service

Matt Parker was awesome. He went above and beyond customer service. Thank You Matt for helping with shuttle service for my Mom. Also the Shuttle Service gentlemen wrote/instructed my Mom with excellent map instructions. Thank You Matt and Shuttle Person.

Great Service

I just purchase a new F-250, and it was over heating during periods of idle. John Witt did a great job of helping me to identify and resolve the problem. They kept the vehicle, provided me with a loaner truck, and replaced a fan. So far the problem seems to have been resolved.
