This is the second car that we have purchased through Doyle Chaffin at Bill Utter Ford. He was very helpful through all steps of evaluating vehicles, options, and costs. He communicates well and wants to be sure that we are satisfied with our actions. Also, In the service department, Jeffery Lee took care of my wife to her satisfaction.

We have used Dr. Phil when we have bought 6 vehicles at Bill Utter. He is honest and is good with his customers. We recommended him to our neighbor who bought a car from him a few years ago.

I highly recommend Toronto Spikes as a salesman. My family and I have purchased multiple cars from him. I can't say as much for the service. They take advantage of people and recommend services that are not necessary. I can say the same for the Ford dealership in Lewisville, Texas.

i walked in signed papers and went out to the car and the sales person showed us how everything worked and we were able to drive away shortly after. My husband did all the pre stuff and he said it was fast and easy as well.

Adam Russell was helpful, informative and friendly. I drove a Ford F150 and a Dodge Laramie pickup and got prices on both. Another salesperson made coffee when I found the coffeepot was empty. I got a trade-in quote on my old Ford F150 that was lower than I expected but was resonably explained. I bought a truck elsewhere, not a Ford Dealer though. In the future I will still check with Bill Utter Ford if I am in the market for a vehicle.
